You will be seduced by its comfort and the presence of a beautiful and large swimming pool shared within a garden full of trees and flowers! A natural and soothing setting, this place will be ideal for your next stay! With a surface area of 15 m², you will have a pleasant living room with a double bed, fridge and microwave, a bathroom with shower and a small terrace with barbecue. Unlimited access to the swimming pool shared with the owners. Bed linen is included but not towels, we are waiting for you! The accommodation : - Pleasant room entirely renovated overlooking the terrace and the garden, furnished with modern furniture in neat colours with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables and storage space. - The room includes a fully equipped area with fridge, microwave oven and electric kettle. There are no cooking facilities. - Colourful shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin. Separate WC. Outside : - Beautiful shared swimming pool of 10 x 5 m, not heated but the temperature oscillates between 27 and 30 degrees during the summer thanks to the bubble cover with which it is equipped. The pool is secured by a protective cover. - Small private terrace with a table, two chairs and a barbecue. - Fenced garden shared with the owners with a surface area of 6,000 m², fitted out with garden furniture which is available. Nearby: The room is located within the domain of a beautiful mansion typical of the region located in the heart of a very quiet area of the village of Behasque, located less than 5 minutes from Saint-Palais. - You will find all the amenities in Saint-Palais: bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newspapers, food shops... - Saint-Palais is 2.4 km away (3 minutes by car) - The town of Bidart is 66.2 km (58 minutes by car) away Activities : Known as a nature destination, this region is full of beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views! An ideal place for those who love to explore, you will have the opportunity to walk or cycle along the many footpaths in the area, or to explore the mountains of the Basque Country, which are only a few minutes away. Go to Saint-Palais to enjoy a good meal in one of the town's restaurants, stroll through the town centre, try a game of pelota on one of the many frontons... If you want to discover the region, Béhasque-Lapiste is a good place to start, go and discover the coast by driving for 1 hour to get to Bidart, Anglet, Biarritz... and their famous beaches where surfing and festive atmosphere mix! Transport : - The car is the preferred means of transport. Many parking spaces are available in front of the house. - Buses serving the Basque coast as well as the interior. - Saint-Palais bus station at 2.6 km (5 minutes by car) - Biarritz-Pays Basque airport at 65.9 km (56 minutes by car) Other remarks : - This bedroom is located in an outbuilding 50m from the main house of the owners, who will be delighted to share their good addresses with you! - The accommodation is not equipped with wifi. - Sheets provided but not towels.
