Beautiful and private 800 square feet cottage on a working horse farm. Close to the city but in the country. Close to I-5, Clark County Event Center and Iliana Casino. 20 minutes to PDX airport. (URL HIDDEN) Private bedroom with a queen bed. Two single sofa beds in the living space that will sleep two children. Gourmet kitchen. This beautiful space was designed for our Mother who has moved back to town. Lovingly designed and appointed for a comfortable stay. Granite counter tops in a full gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors and a washer/dryer. Heated tile floor in the bathroom. I'm right next door. Let me know if you need anything. Rural but close to the city. Many guests are going to the city for the evening or to the Iliana casino. The Clark County Event Center is close by as well. You have parking in front of the garage Uber/Lyft picks up here too. Note that the tub is a walk in tub designed for the elderly. Please ask or look at pictures if you don't understand this. It is not a shower. The listing is for the whole apartment. It connects to the main house by a garage but is very private. Also note the bed in higher off the ground than a standard bed.
