The Old Tannery engine room house

The studio is attached to Historic Houvardas Tannery. The Tannery was built in 1870 and worked as a Tannery until 1997. This was the engine room until electricity came to karlovasi. It housed a diesel engine that moved all the tannery machines. In the second world war it was used as a prison for Italian soldiers. Now it is the house of University Student Antony Houvardas who will spent the Summer working in Germany. As seen in the pictures it stands in the middle of a garden. We live in an old warehouse at the back of the Tannery and will be always there to help with anything you want. You can also choose if you like to spent an evening with us at our back yard behind the tannery listen to music talk and eat Popi's special food. We are at the old Tannery district so it is always quiet and especially at night. We are 50 meters from the seafront, a 5 minute walk to the center and 3 kilometers from Potami beach.
