Gorgeous flat with terrace in central Vienna

The newly renovated flat with terrace is located in beautiful "Josefstadt", one of Viennas most trendy districts. The accommodation is situated right next to the Parliament and town hall. It is closely located to most of Viennas sightseeing attractions and the Stephansdom is reachable within 20 walking minutes. The building is surrounded by supermarkets and lovely restaurants for all tastes and all pockets. The subway station U2 "Rathaus" is five and the tram station only two minutes away. The direction is „Wien Floridsdorf“. The trains go between 6:00 in the morning and midnight every 30 minutes. Take the train until "Wien Mitte". At "Wien Mitte" change into the metro "U3" (direction Ottakring). Your ticket is also valid for the metro. Take the U3 four stations until "Volkstheater". From here you have to walk 6 minutes until the apartment. Parking: In Vienna, as in many other European cities, there are short-term parking zones. This means that motor vehicles may only be parked in these zones for a restricted period of time, and vehicle holders are required to pay a parking fee. In the 8th district short-term parking applies on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 10 pm. You are allowed to park in these short-term parking zones for 2 hours at the longest and you are required to pay a fee. On weekends (saturday, sunday) and holidays parking is free for unlimited time.
