Cosy Room in Unit in Tuakau

Would prefer double vaccinated ladies to stay only as unit is small. Simple breakfast provided on your stay in cosy room in Tuakau. The two bedroom brick unit is sunny, warm and tidy with lovely patio out back. It is 10 minutes walk to Tuakau Village. Your room has lock on door, a double bed, bedding, draws, side table, smoke alarm, wall heater. The room would suit 1-2 people. Parking on street. You will be sharing with me and my cat. (You must like cats). What I like about my unit is that it is tidy and warm. In summer I have a pool and bbq in private garden out back. Keyboard is available. Guest enter through the lounge. Security and safety is a high priority to me. I am currently living in Auckland and in Tuakau. If guests would like the unit to themselves I can stay away and just come back to mow the lawns and gardens in weekends. My home is an easy 10 minute walk to Tuakau Village where there is a little township with a Tavern, Cosmopolitan Club, Event Centre, General Stores, Exercise place, Schools and Cafe's. It's also a 10 minute drive to Pukekohe and 30 minutes to a popular surf beach called Sunset Beach. There is a bus stop that goes in and out of Pukekohe. There is also a train from Pukekohe to Auckland City and return. In the garage that is also set up as a separate space with tv and keyboard. I also use is as my office.
