This gem of a villa is situated in quiet and green area in the proximity of the lively Arusha City. It is nestled in the peaceful and unspoiled private wooded region with a nearby stream, where you will feel directly immersed in the beautiful landscape of Arusha region. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has been restored according to the highest bio-architectural standards, aiming to integrally preserve the original beauty of the house. The home is quaint with exotic local plants and authentic African art from local artists, bringing a timeless charm to the River Villa. Three beautifully furnished bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 single bed + 1 bunk bed. In addition, there is a separate loft with additional single bed, allowing to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The property is also guarded 24/7 so you can feel secure during your stay. The ground floor encompasses a large open area which includes a spacious living room, bright dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The large terrace offers you the opportunity to lounge among beautiful flowers, banana trees, butterflies and even to get an occasional view of vervet monkey {Black-faced Monkey}! The private garden is lush and green, perfect to relax, read a book, do some exercise, or just enjoy the view of Mt. Meru with the drink in your hand. I love meeting and greeting my guests. So please expect to see me during your stay. I am always available during normal daytime hours to advise on anything you may need info on or to assist where necessary. I’m also available 24/7 for emergencies only. This is a quiet neighborhood with a super host that has access to the beautiful Ilboru Lodge, that’s about a 3 minutes walk. There you will have access to the restaurant, pool deck and pool. Upon arrival, I will coordinate with you to get to my place, whether you’re arriving by bus or airport. There are also multiple ways to get around the Arusha area, from taxi to motorcycle. I can assist you until you feel comfortable and introduce you to those that will be able to help during your stay. I can provide you guidance for creating tours for places you want to see. Whether it’s a Safari or just to the local waterfall, I’d be happy to help.
