Jens Place is a cosy unique self contained annex.

Lovely spacious, airy, modern self contained annex. Flexible booking so full refund if you had to Bude is great for kids, couples, families, surfers and cyclists. Own entrance no shared facilities. Large en-suite bedroom. Double bed and up to 3 singles depending on guests. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and tumble drier. Only the garden is shared which has lovely table and chairs with large parasol, BBQ and fire pit. The annexe is perfect for couples, friends or families. There is a double bed plus 2 single beds. It's a 10 minute walk to Pethericks Mill and town and the canal and beaches are another 10 minutes. Parking is right by the front door making life easier. Contactless check in. Let me know when you expect to arrive and i will give you the code for the key safe. Everything is sanitised as per instructions and guests are asked to leave shoes at the door and use hand sanitizer upon entry to keep everyone safe. Bude is beautiful when you discover it you will want to return. There is plenty to do and places to explore. There are quieter beaches to discover as well. The tapas bar, River Life Cafe and Ben Coolen pub are just down the road and we also have subway Morrisons and Asda nearby. Have a wonderful holiday x The annex is self-contained. I will be available just message me x Quiet location but handy for everything we have Lidyls, Morrisons, Peacocks, garage walking distance and the beaches are all easy to get to. Bude has a good little town as well - nice takeaways and surf shops. Lansdown dairy is good for fresh items. The Bank is a great Tapas and 5 minute walk - they do nice food and cocktails but you have to book well in advance. They have new pods to eat in like converted sheds so very safe. The Bayleaf- Indian food is a great takeaway as is Silver Lining - Chinese. Best chips is definitely The Mermaid. Tintagel castle and Boscastle are well worth a visit. Eden Project involves a lot of walking and quite a long day. There are several lovely quieter beaches such as Sandymouth, Northcott etc. Surf boards and lessons are easy to sort and there are some great cycle routes - there is some info on the noticeboard about these. Ask me if you need any local knowledge - we have been here 2 years now. x There are buses available and a stop is nearby. You can walk to Morrisons, Lidy and town/beach easily. Pethericks meal is beautiful and there is a nice cafe and Tapas bar which has to be booked in advance as so popular - the food is lovely there. Bude has lots of great beaches to explore. Do look around as some are quieter than others. There is a shared rear garden. There is a table and chairs and a firepit and bbq - all can be used as long as keep clean etc. There is a full kitchen to use and there are supermarkets nearby Lidyl and Morrisons are the closet. There is a good size fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave etc Parking is on the street just outside of the property or around the corner. The carpark has allocated spaces so only outside the property please - there is always plenty of room. Please message your ETA so that the property is open for you - most people seem to prefer contactless now for safety.
