Villa93 Luxury Lodge, Aongatete, Kaimai View Suite

Welcome to Villa93, Luxury Lodge. We are situated just 6.5km south of Katikati on 2.5ha of grounds and fruit trees. We have a beautiful rural outlook over orchards and out to the stunning Kaimai Ranges. Villa93 is central to the picturesque beaches of Mt Maunganui and Waihi Beach which makes us a great place to stay, venture around the beautiful area during the day and return to relax and unwind. The Kaimai View Suite can sleep 2 to 4, it has a Super king size bed in one room and a queen size bed in another room. The Super King Room can be ensuited to the bathroom when two people are staying or the bathroom is shared with the queen room with 3 to 4 guests. We only have one booking in this suite at a time, you would only share the bathroom with people you are travelling with. This suite is located on the north side of the house and is apartment style. Wheel chair friendly bathroom and access. All the furnishings and beds are new. Guest rooms are lockable Breakfast: A continental or cooked breakfast each morning of your stay is complimentary. Afternoon tea is provided on arrival prior to 4pm. Guests if available can join their hosts for a complimentary glass of wine or beer from 5 to 6pm. A small selection of beer, wine and non alcoholic beverages are available for purchase by guests. Dinner is available by prior arrangement, 24 hrs notice is required. **********Payment for these items can be made by cash, eftpos, visa, mastercard or union pay credit & scheme debit cards********** Please advise us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when booking. Guests using the Travellers room have their own flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player (Netflix capable), shared sky. A selection of DVD's are available to borrow during your stay. A guest kitchenette is available for your use with tea and coffee provided together with a shared guest fridge. Filtered water is available. Guests can also make tea and coffee in the main kitchen. Other areas guests can make use of are the main lounge, dining, and patio area. Take a wander through the garden and enjoy a shady spot under a tree. We have a salt water pool and spa pool available for guests to enjoy. Free guest parking on site. We like to welcome our Guests personally and you will be greeted on arrival, shown to your suite and invited to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea in the dinning area or on the deck (available prior to 4pm). Guests are welcome to join us anytime, or enjoy your own company, its up to you. We are situated only 1.5km from the Bird Gardens, a short drive to the Fairview Golf Course, restaurants and cafe’s surrounding Katikati. There are many bush walks around Katikati at varying levels. Tauranga and Waihi Beach are a 25 minute drive.
