We boast of clean, comfortable beds, unique outdoor space, unparalleled service and a warm Cebuano hospitality! Be one with nature as La Bella House features a private sun terrace, ocean view room, lush greens, three spacious and cozy bedrooms with a perfect ocean view 24/7. For a group of 10-12 persons you have access to two family rooms, while groups 13 and above have access to all three rooms including the seaview suite room. Situated on the second floor of the house is pur oceanview room, sun terrace, AC, private bath, modest living room space and 3 queen size beds. The second and third room is on a separate structure from the house. Seaview Family Room has two queen beds and a sofa bed. While the Seaview suite room has 1 queen bed and a sofa bed/mattresss. This house has a breath taking view of the ocean and the sunrise! If you are looking for a place away from the crowded touristy spots, a little privacy and great relaxing view then you've come to the right home! Our place is great for snorkeling and fish feeding, being a Marine Sunctuary, there is definitely lots to see -- flying fish and sardine run have been spotted multiple times, even sea turtle come out once in awhile, and if you are lucky you might just spot a whale shark passing by. I'm sure it will be a great experience for everyone! Other amenities include a SHARED panoramic viewdeck, an outdoor kitchen. Kitchen utensils are available free of use, kindly handle them with care. We also have kayaks available for rent. Leisure around and still feel at home in this charming little house that is in between the mountains and the sea. Have a view of the lush greens of the mountains and the ocean while sipping through your morning cup of coffee at the patio. Guests have access to the COMMON SPACE -the panoramic viewdeck and beach deck I live in the city and may not be in the beach house all the time, however, in my absence our friendly care takers, Rose and Amy will be able to assist you. You may still reach me on my mobile at anytime. Sometimes the owners visit and stay in the Common Space. Guests may not leave their things in the living room where the owners sleep when visiting. Van transportation can be arranged to all these tourist spots; including airport pickup and drop off. We also assist with tours to Bohol via Mainit Port. Please don't hesitate to inquire. Breakfast, lunch and dinner may be served for an additional FEE if request can be made ahead of time. Pocket wifi (with 800MB of data, daily) is available upon request.
