Large basement with 36 m2 living room with king size bed, couch, 14m2 private kitchen with a dining table, private toilet and a bathroom. You will have most of the basement for yourself, but you will share the laundry room with us. It's located in The basement is perfect for long term rentals. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, livingroom, laundry room We live on the ground floor and will only use the basement for laundry and another room for storage. Great location in wonderful Lyngby. There is a large park on our street perfect for kids. Only five minutes walk to the bus and close to the train. Easy access to Copenhagen and DTU. Five minutes walk to the bus station and 15 minutes walk to the train station. All rooms has central heating, so our space is nice and warm. We don’t allow guests to bring their own heating system or powerful light source. We don’t allow guests to charge electric cars or electric bikes
