Walk to Milford Beach

Only a short walk from the beach, this recently renovated unit is in a quiet & relaxed neighbourhood. A great place to stay when visiting friends or if you're wanting to explore Auckland's North Shore & the rest of the city. The house is spacious, clean & modern with a sizeable living area that has views of Milford marina and a sunny deck at the back of the house, complete with Weber bbq. Downstairs there are three bedrooms (1 x Queen, 2 x Single) and upstairs is the master bedroom (1 x Queen) and a sofa bed in a second living area. All beds will be dressed with fresh linen & towels will be provided. There's space for two cars to park onsite and public transport is easily accessible with a bus stop less than 100m from the end of the driveway. The original 1970's stairs are floating so this may not be the best option for small children, there is also an eclectic design feature that was existing when we bought the house, which is an external sliding door to the neighbours roof (see images). We have put wire cords across the opening for safety.
