Brand new Modern Country casa nestled in the very heart of Tagaytay. Close to what Tagaytay offers - restaurants, malls, parks & sceneries, yet perfect for bonding with family & friends. Our 120sqm (1291sqft) home has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with shower heater. Has its own kitchen, dining and living area. We have NETFLIX, WIFI, card & board games that you may enjoy. Rowena’s, Lagusan Pines Dry Market, Cecilia’s Buco Pie as the closest landmark to the casa. The air conditioned first bedroom on the 2nd floor has a Double Sized bed. It also has a balcony with great view of the greens. 2 leatherette floor mattresses will be available for extra guests. The air conditioned second bedroom on the 2nd floor has a Double Sized bed. It also has its own balcony to enjoy the cool breeze of Tagaytay. 2 leatherette floor mattresses will be available for extra guests. The non-air conditioned third bedroom on the first floor has a Double Sized bed. The sofa beds on the living area can sleep 2 guests. Bathrooms with shower heater are available on the 1st and 2nd floor. Our chic dining area can sit 10 guests, where you can enjoy your meals together. Make your meals in our kitchen as it has induction cooker, pots and pans. Rice cooker, microwave, electric kettle and refrigerator are for use for the convenience of our guests. Tableware like plates, mugs and utensils are also provided. A week before your stay, I will be sending you my staff's number along with the Checkin Guidelines. They will be assisting you during checkin. Let me know if you are coming in late so I can give you the Self-Checkin Guidelines. ***Checkout is 11AM. My staffs will be arriving at the casa to assist you with your checkout. If you plan to checkout earlier, please let me and my staff know. Early checkin and late checkout are not guaranteed in case of back-to-back bookings. Very accessible to public and private transportation. It gets foggy and chilly at night and early morning - just what we love about Tagaytay. ***By Public Transportation: All bus going to Tagaytay stops by the Olivarez Terminal. From there you may ride a tricycle all the way to the casa. ***By Private Car: G@ogle Maps pin will be provided upon booking. Note that the exact address will be provided on the Checkin Guidelines. --GUEST COUNT-- *Indicate accurate guest count for accurate pricing. Base rate is for 8guests and will increase by P400/additional guest. *You may adjust guest count after booking through Change Reservation Request. *Only 2 infants are free of charge. Succeeding infants should be declared as a Child. *NO unregistered VISITORS please. --DECORS AND WEDDING PREPARATION— *Additional P2500 for wedding preparation - includes 8 non-staying guests (hmua, videographer, photographer, visitors). They may stay until 4PM only (within checked in period). Also, max guest count of 12guests needs to be booked. *On Decors: Use paper tape or painter's tape to minimize damage on paint. Peeled paint or any damages will be charged. Guests will remove, pop balloons and dispose ALL decors. Penalty: P1000. *ONLY small parties and events are allowed. Note the Tagaytay Ordinance of 10PM QUIET TIME. --AMENITIES— *Fresh linen and toilet tissue will be provided. TOWELS AND TOILETRIES ARE NOT. *Drinking water, dishwashing liquid, ice and charcoal are NOT provided. *Beddings provided is based on the booked guests. The double beds are for 2 guests sharing. 1 floor mattress will be set for each added guest after the 8th guest booked. *Blankets will be provided. These may be THIN and small. I suggest you bring your own. *Stained linens (bedsheets, mattress protector, pillowcase, towels, curtains, blankets) will be penalized with P100/item. *NETFLIX is automatically available when you turn on the TV. Please do not Sign Out as we will not provide you the Password for logging in again. *Please return the Card and Board games in their proper boxes after use. *Please return the billiards balls arranged on the billiards table after use. Return the cue sticks on their shelf. --OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES-- *Water, electricity and internet connection are from providers and interruptions are beyond our control. *Follow Tagaytay ordinance of 10PM QUIET TIME. No loud parties, music, shouting and rowdy behavior. *Lost keys will be charged P2000. *NO SMOKING inside the casa. You may do so in the patio. Penalty: P1000. *No Samgyupsal grilling or any grilling inside the casa. Penalty: P1000. *Bringing of appliances are NOT allowed except those for sterilizing infant bottles. Penalty: P1000. *Since the casa is in a road with public and private transportation, vehicle noise can be heard in the casa. *Treat my staffs with RESPECT. They will inspect the casa for broken or missing items during checkout and guests will be charged as needed. *Guards/Barangay officials roam around to maintain peace and order. Please treat them with respect. *Bugs may easily enter the casa if you have windows and doors open. We are surrounded by pineapple and lettuce farms. *SECURE your belongings and cars at all times. Keep doors, windows and cars LOCKED. Safety and security are everybody’s responsibility. We are not responsible for any lost or missing items.
