Located in a modern house, this bedroom comprises a 3ft single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and chair. Guests have use of their own, adjacent, fully equipped bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities with snacks are provided. The room also has high speed wireless internet access. The room is located on the first floor of our family home with access via the main hall. Furniture includes a 3 ft single bed with firm mattress, bedside chest of drawers, wardrobe and chair. High speed wireless internet (35Mbps) is available free of charge. A fully equipped bathroom, located adjacent to the room, is exclusively available to our guests. Car parking is available on the private front drive. A kettle and French Press coffee maker are provided, with snacks. We do not add cleaning fees. Access is via the main front door of the house and up one flight of stairs to the first floor. Guest car parking is available on our private front drive. The owner will be available during your stay to ensure your comfort and advise regarding visiting the area. Local shops, pubs and takeaways are just a few minutes walk away. The Cotswold hills are a short drive away. A nearby bus stop provides services to the race course, Cheltenham town centre and railway station. Buses operate evey 15 minutes. A light Continental style breakfast can be provided on request for £5. Fresh, chilled water is always available.
