Easy access 30 minutes drive to Melbourne CBD Spacious and beautiful town house house located in Point cook Sanctuary Lake , western of Melbourne, embraced by beautiful scenery. We totally have 4 bedrooms. I am using the master bedroom and 3 bedrooms available to rent. Each room comes ready with luxurious bed mattress and fresh towels. Sharing 1 bigger bathroom and 2 toilet, kitchen and a living room(TV) Halen's Hourse is in Melbourne west suburb Sanctuard lakes. There are 7 artificer lakes, the enrolment is very beautiful. There are three bedroom with all high stardard furniture. The kitchen and living room have very nice and modern sofa and dinning table. The garden has traditional Chinese style table and charis which can be good relax area for holiday. There is a security gate and on-site surveillance camera in entry area for that suburb. The bus stop is close to the security gate from entry as well. The direct distance from CBD will be around 22 kilometres. It will be 7-8 minutes drive from my property to nearlest shoping centre.
