We offer a spacious private ground floor bedroom, with private bathroom. We are situated next to Pollard Park with golf course and beautiful gardens during all seasons. Waterlea Race course is 3 mins walk away. Blenheim town center is within a 15 min gentle walk. World renowned wineries are easily accessible as are supermarkets, cafes and bars. Part of our family is Gracie Pug who will give you a very warm welcome. Guests can access the ground floor of the house and garden. We are very accessible to our guests and more than happy to pass on information about our region to make our guests stay in Marlborough a highlight of their travels. We are a two minute walk from the beautiful Pollard Park where there are tennis courts.a golf course and many amenities. Also a ten minute walk from the CBD and also from a supermarket, pharmacy and cafe, a river walk and many other things we enjoy living here.
