This modern 3 bedroom villa offers panoramic views of Mount Banahaw surrounded by lush tropical grounds. Our comfy beds, large veranda and well equipped kitchen make the perfect setting for memories to be made with family and friends. *When booking, please indicate number of guests (this includes children, nannies, drivers etc) - Master bedroom w/ AC, TV and ensuite bathroom w/ water heater (2 pax) - Bedroom 1 w/ double bed + single bed, AC (3 pax) - Bedroom 2 w/ double bed + pullout small double bed, AC (4 pax) - Living room with TV and large sofa bed, AC (3 pax) - Common bathroom w/ water heater - Well equipped kitchen: stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee machine, water dispenser, pots & pans, plates, utensils, glassware - Dirty kitchen with Argentinian style grill - Large outdoor veranda - Outdoor lounge area with fire pit (Php500 for fire pit set up - lasts several hours, please ask assistance from the caretaker) A caretaker lives in a separate house on the property and will be available to assist you if needed. Closest landmark is PSL or Paaralang Sekundarya ng Lucban 10min drive to down town Lucban 15min drive to Kamay ni Hesus Shrine 15min drive to Batis Aramin 30min drive to Taytay Falls and Bukal Falls in Majayjay 30min drive to Mauban, jump off point to Cagbalete island 40min trek to Maapon Falls No public transportation nearby. Listing is good for 10 pax but we may accommodate a maximum of 12 pax for an additional Php500 per guest, per night past 10 pax. This includes kids, caretakers and drivers etc, please indicate actual number of guests that will be present. Extra pillows, towels and beddings will be provided. Standard check in time is 2pm and check out is 12pm. Early check in / late check out is subject to approval depending on availability. Additional fees may be charged for this. Converge Fiber WiFi is available, work from home and distance learning are now possible from our home. We do encourage you to limit screen time and take the opportunity to enjoy the surroundings with your companions. For any concerns during your stay our caretaker resides in a separate house on the property and would gladly assist you, however, he is NOT there to serve you or do housekeeping chores (go to market / wash dishes / clean up / cook etc.) during your stay.
