Guests are encouraged to be mindful of the needs of others and the need to conserve water and electricity. Common living area on the first floor includes a living room with dining table and chairs, a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker as well as dishes and utensils. The front door of the house is unlocked during the day offering convenient access for all guests. The house is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. The proprietor or manager are present at all times. We live here so one of us is always available to answer any questions you may have. The house is located in Oceanview Estates, a quiet, safe, secluded residential neighborhood on the North Shore - only a few minutes walk from the beach. A rental car is a must on Maui.
