Family room in the Lavender Farm in Thirlmere

The Farm is located in Picton, a small town 80 km away from Sydney CBD which just 1.5H drive to the southwest. The farm covers an area of 25 acres, with a simple but delicate naturally rustic style. Inside the farm contains a wide variety of plants and various beautiful animals. Also with a range of recreational tourist facilities gives the tourist to enjoy the activities. The Lavender Farm is the ideal agritourism farm for vacation, the perfect place for family and friends. This listing is for a family room inside the brick farm house with one double bed and a king single. It’s Idea for families of three to four. *please note-4 adults wouldn’t be able to fit into the room so it’s for 2 adults and 2 kids the max* The farm has different kinds of animals such as Alpaca, Donkey, Horses, Cow, Chickens and Birds. Guests can have free access to those animal viewing areas and have a close contact with the animals. Excepts for the animals, we are the largest lavender farm in NSW where you can see the blooming of lavender in the harvest season which is around Nov-Dec. The farm also has a large sand playground for the kids and a table tennis and pool table for adults. You may bring your own food to have in the entertainment room/dinning room or you may take a short drive to Picton town centre where they have quite a few cafes and restaurants. We will arrange self check in or have a reception to greet you on your arrival. You are free to visit the farm by yourself but please do not hurt our lovely animals or damaged the plants. The workers in the farm have their own work/own tasks to do everyday, please only contact our reception if you need any helps. The farm is 5 mins away from the NSW Rail Museum and 10 mins away from Coles supermarket and Picton town centre by driving. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. Farm’s main door close at 5pm, if you come after 5pm, please let us know in advance.
