Ideal occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child. Room layout: Cosy and beautiful living room with exit to the balcony, one double bedroom, kitchen, entrance and bathroom. One dog is allowed in Casa Balestra. Smoking is not allowed in Casa Balestra. Smoking is allowed on the terrace. Casa Balestra has one parking spot available in the underground garage, where you can also store 2-3 bicycles, in addition to your car. Please Note: Washing machine and tumble dryer can be used in the communal laundry room in the building (operated with a washing card).
