The living room (with underfloor heating) has a seating area and dining area. The sofa is easily transformed into a comfortable sofa bed, which guarantees an excellent night's sleep. There is also a wide-screen TV. From the living room, you have a great view of the bobsled track and the chair lift on the Kappe mountain. The kitchen is equipped with all mod-cons, such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and of course a coffee machine and kettle. In the bedroom, you'll find a large, luxury box-spring bed. Babybed available. The 2. bedroom had a doublebed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The patio is lovely for sitting out to enjoy the sun. About the property The apartment is a new development in a small complex, with a view of the Veltins Arena. There is a storage area for skis and bikes.  Surrounding area A quiet accommodation in a central location. The centre of Winterberg is 20 minutes on foot. The Skikarussell Winterberg, the Erlebnispark and the Bikepark are within walking distance (a few minutes).
