Cozy room w/ mountain view, close to city&station

You're renting my small bedroom which i use as office. You'll have a fantastic panorama view of the Alps. The apartement is close to the city centre and the train station and Rosenheim is perfect for day trips to Munich and Salzburg perfect for singles or couples. In this room you'll find a sofa that can be pulled out to a 140x200m bed. the room is very bright and cozy, you'll also find some space for your clothes and a desk if you want to work. if you're a group of more than 2 people, the livingroom has a huge sofa that can also be used as bed. You have the room for yourself, we only share the toilet and the kitchen. The living room+balcony can be shared too, if you want to watch tv or have breakfast there. my room is private i will be very happy to welcome you and give you information and tipps. if you want to have a chat i'm always available, if you prefer privacy i will respect that. my apartement is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. free parking spots along the street there are several supermarkets nearby, a bakery, a gas station and 2 fast food restaurants. everthing can be reached within 3min by car or 10min if you prefer to walk a bus station is located right in front of the house which provides transport to the city every 15minutes from 6am to 8pm. the bus takes 5min to the train station and 8min to the city centre. if you prefer to walk it will take you 25min to the train station and 30min to the city centre i have a cat with very fluffy and long fur, but he won't be in the apartment when i have guests. He is not allowed in the small bedroom, however i can NOT guarantee there won't be any hair somewhere else in the apartment. I keep the apartment very tidy and try my best to remove all the hair but i can not promise there won't be any cat hair at all.
