Art house by the bay

My beautiful House is directly opposite a park, 10 minutes walk to the bay and close to Williamstown beach (20 minutes walk). It is also situated in Melbourne's historic beach side area of Williamstown. The house is in a quiet street, with ample parking directly opposite. There are shops and a supermarket about 8 minutes walk around the corner. The nearest train station is Newport (20 Mins walk) which is a 25 mins train ride to the city. The house is surrounded by parks and trees. This house is full of colour (think Frida Kahlo meets rustic chic.) It's relaxed functional and enjoyably eccentric. With antiques, original art work and far-out lighting! The house has 2 brand new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen and a light filled sun room. Each bedroom has a comfortable quality mattresses (sealy posturepedic or better) and all the double beds have Egyptian cotton sheets. You can access the entire house through the front garden or the front door. And have use of the garden with outside seating area. Yes I am available to help guests if I'm in town and always available to offer advice on my mobile. Williamstown is one of Melbourne's most beautiful hidden gems. It's a picturesque seaside town with botanical gardens and the historic seaport. There is a variety of cafes, restaurants, heritage buildings and breathtaking views of the city skyline across the water. It's connected by bike paths that follow the curves of the bay and is only 15 mins drive to the city. The house is located 20 mins walk from a main station with quick trains to the city. Or to the city by car-is 15 mins outside of rush hour. There are also many local buses that run to Williamstown seaport or many local areas. There are other flats to the back of the house, so out of respect for the neighbours, please do not park your car in the common driveway-(Ample parking just over the road on the grass), and keep the noise down when arriving and leaving the property. Feel free to relax and smoke in the garden, but try and refrain from socialising in the common driveway. Please note that there is a narrow staircase to the upsatirs bedroom, The upstairs bedroom has enough room to stand up in the middle (6ft 2 inch), but has a low ceiling elsewhere including over the bed (see photo's) The small green library bedroom has a high bed, that may not be suitable for young children or old people(see photo's)
