WEEKLY RATE: $3,500.00 per week Peak Season NIGHTLY RATE: $400.00 per night, minimum 2 nights Minimum 7 nights from Mid December to End of January BEDROOMS: 3, sleeping 7 + double sofa bed. BATHROOMS: 2, main with bath and shower. FEATURES: Minutes to Sorrento front bay beach and shops, Wifi, Sauna, Views. Upstairs is the main living area with a digital television and coonara heater and ceiling fan, with views to the bay, opening out to a balcony at front to sit and watch the ships go by and a very large decking area at the back for entertaining with bbq facilities and a bar fridge. Fully equipped kitchen with bar to the outside back deck and dining area opening out to the front deck. Main bedroom with a king bed and study area with a desk and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 with 1bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, shower and vanity. Separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Downstairs has a large bedroom with 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed and 1 trundle bed. A dining setting and digital television. Bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. This area leads out to the 2 person sauna and outdoor shower. WEEKEND RENTALS AVAILABLE Strictly no schoolie groups, events or parties allowed. Only mature groups or family bookings accepted.
