Boleyn House - Spacious self contained annexe

Welcome to Boleyn House, our beautiful home in the tranquil Somerset countryside. Stay in our self contained, twin bed annexe with ensuite, sitting room and fully fitted kitchen. Feel free to wander around our beautiful secluded gardens; enjoy our free range eggs and seasonal home grown produce; walk to the village pub; drive to five nearby National Trust properties, or browse the markets and antique shops of local towns. The beaches of the Jurassic Coast are only 40 mins drive away. The annexe was refurbished in 2018 with a new walk-in shower bathroom and fully fitted kitchen, including Neff oven; dishwasher; induction hob; microwave; sink and fridge freezer. It is ideal for complete self-catering. There is a spacious sitting/dining room with views over the garden and TV which has Freesat channels. You will have exclusive use of the annexe - a spacious sitting/dining room; kitchen; bedroom and bathroom. You will have your own entrance from the road to the back garden and the annexe via a side passage way. This is shown in one of the photos - white door in the tall brick wall is to the passageway and the first glass door is into the annexe hallway. I will be in the house or garden during your stay and available if you should need any thing. We are on the edge of a small and friendly village, just 3 minutes from the A303. For convenience, Martock is 5 minutes drive with shops, post office and two pubs. Glastonbury and Street (with Clarkes Village) are 25 minutes away and the county town of Taunton about 35 minutes drive. Guests enjoy exploring the local area which has many walks and attractions, and also find they can venture to Exmoor and both the north and South Coasts easily for day trips. There is parking beside the house.
