Set on 4 acres and surrounded by farming land. It sits directly opposite Moondarra State Park and is perfect for family and friends to enjoy true peace and tranquility whilst exploring the amazing Baw Baw Shire. My home is set in beautiful private country surrounds. Just sitting on the deck at the outdoor table setting or sofa taking in the views and breathing the fresh air brings a feeling of serenity. Comprising 3 bedrooms with fresh linen and towels provided. My home comfortably sleeps 6 guests with a lovely open plan living area. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, dishwasher, family sized fridge, microwave & kettle. Tea & coffee, cooking oil, S&P, herbs and spices, clingwrap, foil, paper towel etc are all provided. Everything you will need to cook up a storm. The lounge room has split system heating & cooling, wood fire heater (wood provided) Bluetooth speaker, games, puzzles and books and of course WIFI, TV with DVD player and Dvds. A sun filled seperate dining area and bathroom with shower above bath, seperate toilet, laundry with washing machine & dryer and a mud room for your shoes and coats. You will have access to the entire building and surrounding fenced yard. I respect your privacy and am not available in person but easily contactable via phone. I have a manager close by should you need any assistance. My property sits directly opposite Moondarra State Park (approx 5 minute walk). It's a wonderful place to go bush walking, picnicking, swimming, fishing and observing wildlife and nature. For Snow lovers, Mt Baw Baw is only 1 hour drive to the Baw Baw Village. Easily accessible is the Tanjil Trail Bike Track, please see the internet for information. Blue Rock Lake is a 10 minute drive, great for fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, walking & exploring, having a picnic or BBQ. Walhalla is 45 minutes drive. Boasts the Goldfields Railway and several hiking tracks. Cafes & Shops. Erica is a 13 minute drive and has a great country pub, perfect for dining out and the general store does a smashing hamburger. Rawson is 20 minute drive and the Stockyard Pub has awesome atmosphere and good food. Moe is the best place to purchase all your needs along the way with Coles, Woolworths, Aldi, First Choice liquor. Great places to stop for takeaway, dinner or lunch.. I recommend Yiannis Fish Shop (best in town), Opal Pizza & Great China Inn for some tasty chinese take out.
