Summer 2020 update: We are aware of the difficult moment we are all going through, but we want to assure you that, if you decide to spend the holidays at our apartment, we will provide an adequate and thorough cleaning and sanitization of the premises and surfaces before your staying will begin. Due to the current situation, we also inform our guests that the linen and towels rental service will not be provided this year. The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, a living room with a sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has a spacious and cool terrace where you can eat and relax. It is furnished with a table and chairs and sun beds. It shares with other apartments a wide and beautiful garden. Parking places is free in the garden. The apartment is very spacious and elegant and optimal for families and couples. Five minutes walk from the sandy beach and 10 minutes walk from the centre. Markets, bars, Piadina and restaurants are nearby. The local Adriatic Golf Club of Milano Marittima is one of the most popular in Italy. Also included in the rates the usage of two bicycles (no children seats). Wifi and air conditioning included. Mirabiliandia and Zoo Safari parks just 10 minutes by car from the apartment!
