Cozy & quiet apartment w/ Netflix & Coffee machine

We have furnished our apartment functionally and elegantly. It is located on the 3rd floor in a quiet area. The kitchen has a stove, oven, kettle, toaster, spacious fridge with freezer compartment and a Senseo coffee pad machine. Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided, as well as oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as well as tea and coffee pads. An ironing board and iron are stowed in the closet. In the living room there is a sofa on which you can make yourself comfortable to watch a movie. Depending on your needs, it can also be used as a sofa bed. You can use the Smart TV to devote yourself to your favorite series on Netflix, you will find the instructions in the appartment. There is also a workspace with a table lamp in the living room. A comfortable guest bed awaits you in the bedroom and there is space for your belongings in the spacious wardrobe. Shampoo and soap can be found in the bathroom, as well as a hairdryer and towels. In the hallway you can stow your shoes in the shoe cupboard. The apartment is a pure guest apartment, after your stay it will be thoroughly cleaned, the linen changed and the toilet / shower disinfected. You have access to the entire apartment and you can move freely around on about 50 square meters. The apartment has a large kitchen, which includes a dining table for four people, a living room, bathroom, and bedroom. Feel free to send me a message here on AirBnB anytime. A quiet neighborhood, if you follow the road to the northeast (i.e. out the door and then left) you come to a patch of green, on the right, however, you go towards the city center. If you follow the street down, you can reach the nearest grocery store in 5 minutes. If you walk past this, you will reach an underpass that gives you a view of the famous suspension railway in Wuppertal. The closest station is the "Kluse". From there you can drive directly to the main train station and into the city, you can also walk to the old town in about 10 minutes.
