Ocean front, only 100 meters from the beach. Ideal for 4 guests but with beds for 6 people. Recently renovated paying attention to every detail. Wifi, air conditioned and big TVs. It is located in the town center so the car is not needed during the high season. The large "veranda" with table and chairs will allow you to relax and enjoy al fresco dinners. The dishwasher and washing machine will minimize your house chores. After all, you are on vacation! You can reach the beach with a very short walk along the pinewood. Restaurants and grocery shopping also located at a very close walking distance. Everything in the apartment is practically brand new and there is everything you may need to relax for a few days or for a longer stay. The guest will enjoy the entire apartment. The hosts and co-hosts will be available for any question, suggestion or should any inconvenience arise during the stay. The neighborhood is a very calm and super safe. Plenty of free parking in the street in front of the apartment except in August when most Italians go on vacation. The towns of Campomarino paese and Termoli are just few minutes away by car. The apartment has the perfect location to enjoy the beach or to be used as base for daily trips to explore the Molise region. Campomarino has a train station located at walking distance from the apartment (15-20 minutes walking). It is a very small town, almost everything is in a reasonable walking distance so public transportation is quite limited except for trains. A car is not necessary from June to September but it could be useful during the other months when most business are not open. June and September are some of the best months to relax in Campomarino. Fewer people will crowd the beach and the weather is awesome. July and August are high season in Italy. More nightlife for the teenagers and you will be able to experience the Italian way of life during summer. All other months are very calm. You will have almost the entire town and all beaches for yourself. However, if you still want some nightlife and more action, Termoli is located only 5 minutes away by car. Power consumption is not included in the price. The cost of a KW/h is 0.29 Euro. Generally the average energy consumption of our guests does not exceed a cost of 1 or 2 Euros per day depending on the number of guests and the use of the air conditioning. For stays of 7 nights or longer all the linens and towels for each guest is included in the rental. For shorter stays during the low season it is quite possible that we can still include it free of charge (please inquiry us in advance to confirm the availability). A damage deposit of 150 Euros is required at check-in.
