Our recently renovated apartment has everything you need to make you feel right at home including a fully self-contained kitchen and stunning new bathroom. Enjoy a meal at the award-winning Palais across the Esplanade or let the kids enjoy the playground just metres away. A short stroll to Semaphore Road for more great restaurants, bars and boutique shopping. Walk to the train station, it's only 27 minutes to the city. The master bedroom features a king bed with quality orthopedic mattress for a great night sleep. The second bedroom has just been updated to include two single beds. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or on the balcony while taking in the sea views, the kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to make family meals including a brand new oven, air fryer, Nesspreo coffee machine and Samsung microwave (or there are great local Uber Eats options available too). We have a new Samsung QLED tv which featuring Netflix and Disney Plus for your enjoyment. We also offer free wifi and lots of books and games for the family too. We value your safety and our apparent is thoroughly cleaned after each guest vacates, including all bedding being changed out. Hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes are provided as well as washing powder for two full washing cycles in our frontload washing machine. Seabreeze at Semaphore is on the first floor, you do need to use the stairs in the foyer to access the apartment. It's less than 1 minute to walk there. Just a short stroll to the main shopping precinct on Semaphore Road. Walking distance to the train station for the 27 minute ride to the city, free parking at the rear of the property for one car. no pets and no smoking in the apartment
