It sleeps 6-8 people and it´s walking distance to the famous Carcavelos Beach and Carcavelos train station. Ideal for families that want to discover the greater sunny Lisbon, Carcavelos and Cascais area and enjoy what the City has to offer. We offer Free WiFi, Cable TV and Bose wireless sound system, Nespresso coffee machine. This stunning sunny, new apartment has a welcoming entrance hall (5 sqm). It is comprised of three large bedrooms. Between the bedrooms there is a charming hall (7 sqm). The first is an en-suite bedroom (19 sqm) with a Queen size bed and a sea facing balcony (14 sqm). The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower. The second bedroom (13 sqm) has a double bed and also has a spacious balcony. The third bedroom (14 sqm) has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom (4 sqm) with a large shower. There is also a guest toilet (2,5 sqm) so in total there are 2,5 bathrooms. The Bedrooms are very spacious with closets and plenty of light. There is a large sitting room and dinning room (28 sqm) area with a seaview balcony. The fully equipped kitchen (12 sqm) also has a sunny balcony (5 sqm). The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned/heating and with electric blinds. There is a private closed garage (20 sqm) for one large car available in the building. The buliding is located near a supermarket and number of restaurantes and two playgrounds.
