Apartment "Le Vigne" in Brunate - Como - Lake view

The apartment is located in Brunate, a small village on the hill, close to the city of Como, in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Private parking is available on request. KIND NOTE: due to italian laws I need all the guests to provide me a valid ID (i.e identity card/passport) and pay CASH CITY TAX of €1/night per person. I am a Digital Nomads friend!Feel free to text me if you are interested. The apartment was fully refurbished in July 2016 with all comfort. It consists of: bedroom with king-size bed, spacious wardrobe and other closets, living room with TV, sofa-bed (for a 3rd guest), fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Also, you will enjoy a spectacular view from the balcony. On request: baby cot (6 months - 3 year old). The apartment (indoor and outdoor included) is private, independent and it is at guests' disposal. We can arrange check-in time according to your and my needs. Instead of driving you can take our cable railway that brings you down to Como city center in just 7 minutes. You will also enjoy our mild climate, an excellent chilling from the sultriness of the city. Furthermore, you will spend a great time walking through Brunate mountains, enjoying nature and relax.
