A Perfectly Totaly Clean, Bright and Beautiful place, with easy free parking usually infront of the house! The bus stop for center is just 5' and in 20' you will be down town. Easy to go for swimming at beaches near to city, by bus. Bus stop for "HALKIDIKI BUS TERMINAL STATION" and "KTEL MAKEDONIA " in 5' from home. For airport the distance is 20' by bus. This place is available only for women and couples. I'd also like to mention that I'm vaccinated against COVID-19. For a restful sleep with sweet dreams and unique awakening with birdsongs nesting in the trees outside your room! A beautiful, bright, comfortable, quite and totaly clean bedroom, in a flat located on the 1st floor of a 2 stories building. Totaly warm at winter, perfect cool at summer! Your bedroom, includes an anatomic and very comfortable double bed for a completely restful sleep. There is and your closet, quite spacious for two people, with extra place for your luggage. The room is very bright, absolutely clean, with everything you might need for perfect relax, rest and sleep... The delightfull balcony is just what you want to enjoy your morning coffee with cake, or an evening drink... Following the bedroom is your bathroom. Is cosy, and have everything you want (a big mirror, warm water any time you need it, totally clean towels, shampoo and soaps). At the dinning place is a big table with chairs where you can work with computer. In the living room, at the cold winter nights you are welcome to enjoy with us the warm of fire place, drinking some of my Greek hand made liquors.. I love painting, I have been painting for many years, so the house is full of oil paintings, watercolors and icons. And also, many more hand made items, by me :) The house is at a green and safe neighborhood ideal for you who looking for these. But also, very quick access to the city center, or to the bus station for your trips at the famous beaches of Chalkidiki. Please don't hesitate to ask me every question you have and in any case take informations by my Guide Book that is at your disposal during your stay in my home. At the kitchen we share, you can prepare your breakfast with coffee, herbals and home made cake ( all including in the price). Also you can use: toaster, water boiler, coffee maker, grill bread,refrigirator. Notice that : 5' from home are bakeries with special bread, pies, sweets, pastries, juices, etc. And next to this, super markets to buy anything you need 24 hours at day. The faucet has filter for absolutely clean water and the refrigerator is at your disposal during your stay. In addition to the exclusive use of the bedroom and bath, you can also spend your rest times at the green balcony that is out of your bedroom playing games or just drinking your coffee or herbals (included at the price). Nest to the house there are 24 Hours Shops, Banks, Super markets, Drugstores, Traditional street markets, Gym, 2 Swimming pools, Nautical club, Churches, Parks for joking or just a coffee, Coffee shops, Restaurants,Traditional taverns, and the famous Mall "Cosmos". By 10' walking you can be in the most beautiful part of the city: the famous "Seafront of Thessaloniki". There, apart from the walk by the sea, you can enjoy your drink sailing at the Gulf of Thessaloniki, by pirate boat! Or, of the countless coffee shops, enjoying the marvelous sunset ... Our neighborhood is fully served by busses going to every direction of the city. With the busses no 2,7, 31,39 and 33 you can go downtown at 20'. Also, in 5' you can start your travel to amazing Halkidiki! The airport is just 20' by bus. There are also well organized "rent a car" companies, and taxis. From there you can start your trip, for one of the most beautiful places of Greece. The airport is 20' distance by bus 1Χ or 1N ( day and night) Beaches near Thessaloniki include Peraia, Neoi Epivates, Agia Triada, Nea Michaniona and Epanomi, and are all within easy reach by local buses (lines 69 and 72) and boats!
