Hongdae and Yeonnam dong is dynamic and alive place. Full of new restaurants and time honored restaurants are coexists. You can easily get good eateries near our place, also it's safe to walk the streets at night. Enjoy the nightlife here!! And I recommend having some time at Yeonnam park which is connecting at exit #3 Hongik univ stn. Following walkway in the morning time or enjoy a busking in the night time with having some snacks. It will make you feel relaxing. Needless to say, so convenient for shopping. You have lots of choice to shop around. There's bus stop in front of the house which can get you most of the popular area such as Iteawon, Insadong, Myeongdong and Gangnam in 30mins. Enough space for parking in this building. Pls take your shoes off in the room. There's penalty of USD100 if you smoke inside. (You can smoke outside in the parking lot) NO PET Do not eat anything in the bed. Pls be quiet after 10 pm on the rooftop and clean them after yourself.
