Sleeps:  8 Bedrooms:  4 bedrooms.  Beds: 1 x king size (6'), 1 x double (5'), 2 x twin bedrooms (3'). Bed linen & Towels:  Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). Accessibility:  Easy access. Kitchen & Utilities:  Electric oven and hob, microwave, larder fridge, dishwasher, stereo. Nearest beach:  Less than 1 mile. Nearest amenities:  Less than 1 mile. Outdoors:  Garden is laid to lawn at the front and a generous patio area with table and chairs and brick built barbecue overlooks the sea. Parking:  Parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Family facilities:  High chair provided. Pets: One dog allowed. £25 per pet per week. General: Oil & electricity included in rent; oil fired c.h. Important notes:  No smoking, mobile phone coverage varies. Small children should be supervised in the garden at all times. Please note this property is reached by an unmade road which is uneven in places.  Changover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure - 9:00am. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property.
