Dream apartment with sea view right on the beach front. The high-quality furnished apartment on the second floor can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Air conditioning in each of the 3 bedrooms and in the large, light-flooded living room with open kitchen. Indoor living room & outside lounge both have a view of the ocean. We have an enhanced cleaning & sanitization process of the whole house before & after every booking. High end furnished apartment with a pool on the ground floor with stunning views of the Ocean. You can access the beach from the swimming pool area. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large light-flooded living and dining room, open, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air conditioning in every room. The apartment has 24hr security, 24hr generator services, and full-time water supply as well as a fully functional swimming pool. The neighbors are very friendly but loud parties are prohibited in the compound. Guests are free to us the swimming pool, beach beds, garden area, beach, lifts and parking area. All common areas are open to guests. I will be available on (Hidden by Airbnb) or on call whenever you need any assistance. I may not be available on the property every time but I will help you or allocate someone to assist you when required. The apartment is located in the heart of Bamburi, a few kilometers away from City mall and Nyali center. There are various amazing restaurants in the area as well if you don't feel like cooking. There is a Massai market that is open every day that you can purchase any ornaments, artifacts and traditional clothing from which is located a few meters away from the turning of the apartment road. The apartment is located very close to the main road so getting a tuk tuk, Uber or a matatu is very easy. •Swimming Pool Hours - 7am to 6pm & No Glass Items are Permitted at the pool area. •Quiet Hours are From 9pm onwards but we request all guests to be considerate with their music levels within the apartments aswell. •Guests are free to us the swimming pool, beach beds, garden area, beach, lifts and parking area. • Guests will be provided with One set of bed linens for each room (4 bed sheets and 6 pillow covers alltogether) and two towels for each room. • Please note that should you want standard hotel like room cleaning of the unit during your stay this will be charged at an additional $4 (Kshs. 400) per session. (Cleaning charge currently in place with your booking is to freshen up the unit after your stay). This cleaning includes washing of dishes, fresh change of bed linens, fresh towels, cleaning the unit and ensure the apartment is looking pristine as it was when you first entered. This is kindly to be pre-arranged should you require and each session takes approximately 2 hours. • Laundry services for personal clothes and belongings are also offered at good rates. • Wifi is unlimited. • We do provide safe and secure parking in the apartment during your stay.
