Private, peaceful, situated within a courtyard, this ideal ground floor location has a 15 minute bus ride to Sydney's CBD at your door. Newly renovated, a great selection of cafes and dining near at hand, the space has a calm and unique atmosphere. The studio is peaceful, private, very sunny, light, comfortable and compact, and has everything you will need such as kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge, induction cooktop, wifi, all channels on Foxtel, new cutlery and crockery, wardrobe with inside mirror, extra pillows and blanket, small private bathroom outside your door, laundry, and umbrella and chair garden setting. There is 2 cubic metres of storage under the built in bed as well. You access the studio through our downstairs area, and into the courtyard where your bathroom is situated, 5 meters from the studio. It is private and very secure. We live in the upstairs of the main house, and if we are away, we have friends in the area who can come quickly to help you with any issues. Annandale is the most brilliant location! It is quiet residential, but close to Bohemian Newtown and Glebe, Cosmopolitan Leichhardt with the 470 Bus taking you through the CBD to Circular Quay and all the ferries, the Opera House, Darling Harbour and the Harbour Bridge. The 370 bus takes you directly to Coogee Beach. The bus is right outside and is the easiest way of getting around, but you can also access the light rail a 5 minute walk away. There is plenty of free on street parking as well. Above all we want you to be comfortable and relaxed, not stressed. We travel a lot ourselves and know what it's like! We have also made every effort to make the studio extremely good value for it's price, and I will do a generous reduction for a longer term booking.
