Beautiful balcony space 20 mins to Paris center

This space is equipped with a double bed that can receive maximum 2 people. I put a lot of effort into the rental. I offer good value for money accommodation for everyone. I will really appreciate the understanding guests who give me a 5 star review afterwards. I will do my best to satisfy my guests. Here it is not for people who are too demanding. Avoid giving a false negative comment when it is your own fault (misunderstanding of listings, of the cancellation policies, non-compliance with house rules, non-stay or delay due to transport problems, exaggerated and unrealistic demands etc.) You will have a hard time finding other accommodation if you speak evil of an experienced host and his accommodation because of your own fault. I will also give a bad review to liars. Everything is visible on your profile. Here it’s for easygoing people, who do not take the host as a personal server. I prefer that guests find the address alone because I am busy enough and my service starts after you enter the house. And frankly from my experience it's easy to find thanks to the ideal location of the house. I will send you the instructions on the transportation and I will always be at home during the check-in hours to welcome you with pleasure. This space is a living room enclosed by pretty screens. You cannot be seen from the outside and that creates a space of privacy. A double bed ideal for 2 people, and for one person it's royal. Very comfortable mattress. Next to this space there may be some passages of people (not disturbing). This space is not a classic bedroom. Normally it is quite private and quiet. The guests are able to have a good rest. The house is in a very quiet and secure villa area but near supermarkets, shops and transport. Around 30 mins to CDG airport by car. Around 10 minutes walking from RER Station "Noisy-Champs", where you can take train to the center of Paris ("Châtelet les Halles") in around 20 mins. Disneyland and "Val d'Europe" in around 30 mins by RER. Near the campus of "Université Paris-Est Marne-la-Vallée”, “Cité Descartes” (Centrex, ESIEE Paris, ENPC, ENSG, ESIPE, IMAC etc.) Paying cooking bench and all the facilities available. There is no need of key delivery. Access is provided to the living room, the shower room, the balcony and the front yard. Access to the full functioning kitchen is free. Micro-wave oven is of free use. Oven is 1 euro per use. Cooking stove is 2 euros per use per person. Every use is limited to 1 hour. Fridge, Kettle, Tableware, Glass, Cups, Plates and Bowls are of free use. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house and only possible in the front yard. A little bucket is prepared for the cigarette end. Car can be parked in front of the house gate or in the safe villa neighbourhood. Laundry room is 5 euros per use (with limited amount of clothes). Washing and Drying are included. I am a photographer. I'm looking for models to shoot portraits. I have professional camera and lenses. If you are interested, don't hesitate to tell me about it. A very quiet and secure villa area but near supermarkets, shops and transport. Near 2 RER A stations and one go there on foot or by bus. There are no available garage inside the house and the front yard is not for parking. But there is a place in front of the house gate and one can park in the safe villa area. The half of the living room is closed by wooden screens so there is no door or wall. But it can be closed entirely so the inside is not visible. Hot tap water is provided generally in the morning (nearly from 7am to 9:30am) and in the evening (nearly from 8:30pm to 11pm). So the shower is generally taken in the morning and in the evening. In order to ventilate the room, I have to open the door and windows for at least 2 hours every day (from 11:30 to 13:30). Guests can be asked to be absent from the room during ventilation hours. They can also stay in the room if they want of course.
