Village Flat with easy access to Snowdon

A small one bedroom flat in the village of Talysarn, situated 7 miles South of Caernarfon. Ideally located to explore North West Wales or Anglesey. The nearest Beach is 4 miles, with easy access to the mountains of Snowdonia . The flat has private access with public car park opposite, WIFI, full cooking facilities but plenty of local take always Bedroom is set as a double unless 2 singles are requested, additionally there is a double Sofa Bed upstairs There is a family dog in the Property You enter the property from a private door at the rear of the flat. Straight on is the bedroom with access to the Ensuite Shower toilet. The room will be set as a double bed unless the guest makes an advance request where it is possible to set it as two singles. Moving from the entrance you go upstairs to the main kitchenette / sitting room. The kitchenette is fully equipped with cooker, fridge Freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle along with all the necessary essentials to enable meals to be prepared. Available is a small 4 seater table with stools that can be used if required. In this room are two two seater settees, one of which can be converted into a metal framed double bed. Linen can be provided upon request. The room has a wall mounted TV with free view but it must be noted that we have limited number of channels available in this area, the Wifi hub is also in this room. A Child Stair gate and ort travel cot are available upon request. Guest are able to meet ant the main property where they will be given a key, Alternatively if they wish a key safe is available, the code will be issued upon arrival I am more than willing to meet greet and spend time talking to guest but it is their holiday and break hence I shall be available to them when and if they need. If I am out My daughter lives in the village, a fluent welsh speaker she has good knowledge of the area and will be available to guests in my absence. The Caernarfon Bontnewydd Bypass is due to open early 2022 enabling much quicker access to the A55, Bangor Anglesey and surrounding areas with an estimated travel time of 15 mins. There is a public bus stop opposite the house with regulars busses throughout the day, however a small 10minute walk to Penygroes accesses much more frequent services. The West Highland Steam Railway has a station in Dinas some 4 miles from the house access can be made by car or the Bicycle track The road network is fairly good but as with any rural location the summer brings traffic as well as weather.
