Litsarda Princess is a brand-new luxury villa of 140 sqm and has a spacious outdoor area with gardens, trees and a 60 sqm private pool. The village of Litsarda belongs to the county of Apokoronas and specifically to the municipality of Vamos. It is 28 kilometres from the city of Chania and it is regarded as the ideal place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The location is perfect for various excursions in both the area of Chania and Rethymnon. Furthermore, there are two beaches within close proximity of the villa both famous also for their nightlife, Georgioupolis beach is 8 km (8min drive) and the beach of Kalyves is 10 km (10 min drive). It has a population of about 120 people who keep the Cretan customs and the traditional hospitality. The place is picturesque with stoned pathways and it is surrounded by many olive trees.
