Once a cow barn our lovely house has been sympathetically converted with the best of care to retain its charm and offer a welcoming space for up to 9 people. Guests can enjoy a bright and peaceful space: On the ground floor, a large bedroom with bathroom (shower), separate toilet and a cozy wood stove. On the second floor, the living room with its large flat screen TV and a master bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. On the upper floor, a large fully equipped kitchen giving access to the sunny terrace (with dining furniture) Accommodation includes a washing machine, a dishwasher, a large fridge, a coffee machine as well as an ironing board + iron. Internet connection on request only – extra cost of 40.00€ Cleaning: The apartment is professionally cleaned for each guest. Easy street parking on the market square place. Our holiday cottage is a non-smoking house. We ask that guests kindly respect our rules about no smoking and no parties or events. The house is located in a small old roman country street. Perfect location just 2 mins walk to local shops, bakery, restaurants and drugstore. You will enjoy there the silence and peaceful rhythm of life. Rest & Relaxation to the Max! The spot offers plenty of entertain for families, friends, couples or even singles without sacrificing your wallet To do locally: biking, walking over the mountains and the quiet lavender fields, paragliding…and drinking some nice sparkling wine (Clairette de Die). How to reach the house : By train : TGV from Valence to Luc en Diois station – just a 4 mins walk from the house. By flight : The airports of Lyon can be reached in 2 hours. By car: only 1 hour from Valence and Gap By bike: depends on you… better be in great shape !
