Amazing duplex chalet with private garden in Faqra

Brand new Duplex Chalet of 110 sqm with 70 sqm private garden located in Block F at Faqra Scenes gated community project. 24/7 security and power generator. The Chalet offers a breathtaking view of the splendid mountains, perched at 1500 m altitude, with comfortable and homey modern interiors. Located in a Faqra, Kfardebian village built for serenity, peace of mind and outdoor activities. 5 min drive from Faqra Club and 10 min drive from Faraya Mzaar ski slopes. The chalet is a duplex, there are 2 master bedrooms on the ground floor; one master bedroom has its balcony with a breathtaking view on the mountains; it has a king size bed and it's own bathroom and the 2nd room has a bunk bed that accommodates 3 adults or children with its connected bathroom as well. There is an internal staircase that leads down to the living room with a fireplace, dining area, guest toilet, kitchen and a maid room with a retractable single bed. The chalet benefits from a 70 sqm private garden directly accessed from the living room. The whole place indoors and outdoors are accessible. However, the maid room bathroom is used as a storage space in which you can find cleaning material and vacuum cleaner in case you need them. You can liaise with me during your stay through the smart intercom device located at the main entrance door which is directly connected to my mobile. Alternatively, you can reach out with me on my private number which will be provided to you once you confirm your booking. A maximum of 6 persons sleeping plus one baby travel cot is provided. An extra charge of 25 USD applies per every additional guest over 6 persons. The minimum age for booking is 21 years old. Guests under 21+ are welcome but need to be accompanied by their parents or guardians. Please switch off the lights when not required and whenever you leave the chalet. Before you check out, we kindly ask you to put away garbage and clean all used dishes and kitchenware. We love music but love our neighbors too! Please if you are listening to music or watching TV, ensure the volume is under control so that you don't disturb anyone. There are plenty of places to Party in Faqra and Faraya, we can suggest many depending on your preference, just feel free to ask us but please not in the chalet. Smoking indoors is strictly not allowed, should you like to smoke please go outside of the front door or to the front yard garden. Using any kind of drugs in the property is strictly prohibited. In order to prevent blockage in the plumbing pipes, please throw toilet papers, tissue, sanitary napkins, cotton ear buds, (Website hidden by Airbnb) the provided waste bins. The house is equipped with smart home automation to control indoor temperature and heating radiators in every room with additonal AC split units inside the 2 bedrooms. For your safety we have provided indoor smoke detectors and Carbon monoxide detectors. The small motion detectors that look like golf balls are not cameras, they are provided to monitor any unwelcomed intrusions and trigger alarm siren. CCTV is provided only for the outdoors at main door entrance and front yard garden. However, whenever you leave the chalet, please ensure to maintain the entrance door, the garden door and the bedrooms doors closed for the safety of your own belongings. You can use the fireplace if you want to, please consider bringing your own wood logs and instant flame gel or cubes to start the fire. The glass door of the fireplace should be always closed when the fire is on. Before you go to sleep and for your own safety please make sure the fire is off and maintain the fireplace door locked. You can use the oven and stove, please turn on the gas cylinder if you need to cook and turn it off when you finish. Please bring your own drinking water bottles, tap water is not potable. Wifi is available but limited to a maximum of 2 GB per day. Please don't watch Netflix or Youtube over Wifi as it will drain the data. Cable TV is provided for free with more than 170 channels provided. Press input on the Hisense remote control, go to HDMI 1. Use the plastic chairs stored in the room adjacent to the kitchen if you wish to sit outside and please return them back once you finish. Do not use the dining chairs outside. Please do not alter anything inside the power distribution board. All settings including heating and hot water are automated. Please report any incident to us immediately when it happens, we shall do our best to assist you and fix any damage made with less effort and greater chances of having your full security deposit returned. Finally, please take care of the chalet as if it was your own so we can continue to receive you and you can keep enjoying our hospitality!
