Rustic rural retreat.

On the edge of the lovely village of Plougonver, 15 minutes drive to the motorway, yet a world away from any hustle and bustle. 25 minutes drive to the lively town of Guingamp, with bars, shops, markets. cinemas etc. 40 minutes drive to the beautiful Pink Granite coast, with golden sands and spectacular views. Inland plenty of quaint villages and larger towns to explore, forests, rivers, plenty for the walker or cyclists. Tourist Information centre at Belle Isle en Terre. Not suitable for babies or toddlers due to stairs, woodburner and neighbouring pond. Kerroch consists of 7 houses with a farm at the end. Its very rural, daily traffic consists of the milk tanker twice a day, the postman and bin collection and a light smattering of local traffic. There are no streets lights, its a great spot to do some stargazing.
