Welcome to Elm Court - our home in Beccles

Welcome to our home. Phil and I live in Beccles, Suffolk along with Miss Mildred our Labradoddle. We are currently renovating our 1880's home and would love to welcome you to our refurbished Guest Bedroom. Whilst we do not have an en-suite we can offer a private bathroom for your stay. Please note we don't offer breakfast. We have a beautiful double bedroom, with a vanity unit, lots of drawer storage and wardrobe space. There is also a welcome tray for tea, coffee and biscuits! We both work from home and will be here to meet you. We are always around and are happy to spend time with you for a glass of wine or leave you to your own devices. Beccles is a lovely market town and civil parish in the Waveney District of the English county of Suffolk. Beccles is 109 miles (175 km) from London via the A145 and A12 roads, 98 miles (158 km) northeast of London as the crow flies, 16 miles (26 km) southeast of Norwich, and 33 miles (53 km) north northeast of the county town of Ipswich. Nearby towns include Southwold and Aldeburgh to the south. The town lies on the River Waveney on the edge of The Broads National Park. Beccles has a bus station for local buses and is on the mainline through to London via Ipswich. We have a dog who does not have access to the guest bedroom. Mildred is very friendly.
