It is well laid out with an additional snug with ensuite, and a fully enclosed garden.   The Bedrooms The décor offers a mix of modern living with a touch of classic styling with warm colours and textured soft furnishings. There is the larger King Bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room, all with Simba Hybrid mattresses.   Living Spaces/Kitchen This unique property offers a modern living room with an L shape sofa and dining table with bench seating with glass doors to the garden. Spend an evening relaxing and watching a film on the 43” wall mounted Smart TV. The well equipped kitchen is brand new ( April 2021) and has everything you require to prepare a family meal. The snug off the kitchen where the Sofa bed is located has a 36 inch Smart TV and ensuite, ideal for the teenagers.  Bathrooms The spacious modern family bathroom is located on the first floor and has a shower above the bath. There is a shower room with WC located off the snug on the ground floor.   Outside Space & Parking There is a good sized garden comprising a patio area with table, chairs, benches and parasol, with steps leading to a lawned area. A BBQ is available for use.   The Local Area  Saundersfoot is a popular tourist destination, with its pretty harbour and beach, watersports and shops. As well as all the amenities, and lovely restaurants that you will find in Saundersfoot itself, just a 5 minute drive away you will find the bustling seaside town of Tenby famous for its colourful array of Georgian houses. Tenby has a wide selection of shops and restaurants, as well as award winning sandy beaches. Further along the coast you will find the quieter beaches of Manorbier, Freshwater West and Barafundle Bay. The North of the county is slightly wilder, and situated here is the infamous city of St Davids (smallest city in the UK). Pembrokeshire is a haven for exhilarating water sports, spectacular coastal walks and the freshest seafood all set in a wild and incredibly beautiful landscape. Please treat space with respect.  -Our reviews are based on previous guests experiences    Access statement:   Arriving at the property From the driveway you will walk through a gate - width 88cm, which leads down a flat path “alley” to the main door on the side entrance.  The alley is 110cm wide Accessing the property The white upvc access door has a 24cm step up which includes the base of the frame. The doorway is 188 cm high and 71 cm wide. Inside the property Apart from a small 2.5cm tile retainer lip from Kitchen to main reception, all this floor is on one level The kitchen, reception and shower room all have hard floors. There is a 12cm step into the ground floor shower - this includes the shower frame. There is a large base step to the staircase to 1st floor - 18cm high and 80cm square,  with a further 11 steps to the first floor measuring 20cm deep, 20cm high and 79cm wide.
