Spacious Master Suite, Private Bath near airport

Spacious, quiet, bedroom-suite with a private bath immediately upstairs after entering front side-door entrance. Restaurants, bike rentals, theaters, beautiful trails, shopping easily accessible. Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) just ten miles, near Hwy 59 direct to downtown Houston. Refreshments, coffee and mini-fridge, Smart TV, wi-fi access included. Small pet welcome for minimal fee; 2nd guest + $10/night upon arrival. Our daughter manages our property and will greet you. Welcome! This large master suite and adjoining master bath have a very private feel. The stairs leading directly up to the room are immediate upon entry. Since you have your own suite master bath, once you close the door to your room you will be in your own private space which no one else can access. We will interact with you as little, or as much, as you like, and please tell us if you need assistance in any manner. NOTE: Occasionally there is another equally mature professional airbnb guest in the room other side of the second floor hall with its own private bath, whom you will rarely see given your immediate access to your own private self-contained suite. SOME SPECIFICS: - Master bedroom-suite is immediately to the right upstairs after entering the front door, away from a first-floor host (our daughter). Guests walk up to the front right-side door. You will get a code access, and a room key (HOUSE LOCK IS NOT FULLY AUTOMATIC, please make sure you bolt it once inside, and upon leaving). SHARED SPACES: - Kitchen and dining area are always open, with microwave and toaster. You are welcome to use dishes and even cook if you clean up and load dishes in the dishwasher. If you need to locate anything specific, just ask and we will be glad to assist you. - Your room has a mini-fridge and snacks. - Host daughter resides in downstairs studio, ready to assist or respect your privacy, as you wish. AMENITIES, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING: - Street parking is convenient and immediately in front of home Places to eat include: (Kingwood Drive or Northpark Drive): Panera Bread, theater, Jason’s Deli, Chinese and other restaurants, fast food, Starbucks, mall and Town Center (HEB and lots of cool restaurants like Madeleine, pizza, crepes and other new eateries) all within short driving distance. Enjoy! The lower level has a full kitchen and dining area, with laundry room which you are welcome to use upon request. My daughter, your host, loves people as we do. If she meets you, she will probably ask you "What can we do to make your stay more enjoyable?". We interact as little, or as much, as you like. Quiet surburbia with easy access to shopping and the freeway. Kingwood has two fabulous express nearby parking facilities to downtown Houston. One is near the "front" of Kingwood which is the Townsend Park & Ride. The other is at Kingwood's "Town Center" further east back into Kingwood along Kingwood Drive, behind the large mega-HEB grocery store and new eateries and restaurants. Street parking is immediately in front of the home, under street lighting. This is an older, but very safe neighborhood.
