Guesthouse in the Valley of the Cher

There is a mini-fridge, microwave and tea kettle/coffeemaker but no actual kitchen and no stove/oven. Glass doors lead to an outdoor patio and there is a large garden. We are 300 yards from the Cher river and 1.3 km from the Chateau of Chenonceaux. Check in is 5pm to 10pm and check out is before noon. Besides the guesthouse and its private patio there is a 3,000 square meter garden with two separate picnic tables. The ping pong table, BBQ, and bike racks are in an open air but well sheltered building. We live in the manor house on the same property so that makes us quite available if you should need guidance. Unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible. There are many activities and sites to visit in this area. Walking distance to the Cher river and Chateau de Chenonceaux. We are also 15 minutes by car from Montrichard, Blere, Amboise and the Beauval Zoo is around 30 minutes distance. We are accessible by train (gare de Chenonceau is 1.5 km from the house) and bus service from Amboise. I have on file enormous amount of material on places to visit, hiking trails, wineries, and so on. No smoking inside, but there are plenty of places outside including the patio, garden, garage. We have one cat and one dog, and some chickens all friendly. This is a spacious stand-alone guest house so it has its own private entrance. Recommended for two, possible for four because the sofa has a pullout mattress but obviously it is not as comfortable as the double size bed, though it could work well for children. Check in is 5pm to 10pm and check out is before noon.
