In a quiet avenue in Hove, 2 minute walk from the beach, café and independent shops. My beautiful, light and airy 1st floor flat is spacious and comfortable. A perfect location to relax & enjoy the sea air and what Brighton & Hove have to offer without the noise of central locations. You’ll have full use of the kitchen and lounge and can come and go as you please. White luxury cotton bed linen, fluffy towels and a brand new wet room for a hot powerful shower. Very spacious and airy 2 bedroom flat with full use of the common areas, lounge, cable tv, Sonos speaker, WiFi, kitchen and wet room bathroom (separate WC) sharing with either myself or occasionally another Airbnb guest in the other room. A 2 minute (800 meters) walk to the beach and to the main bus route. And either a lovely walk along the seaside to Brighton pier (45mins) or a 20 minute bus ride into the city centre (including night buses). A few local independent shops 5 minutes walk away, cafes, grocers, butchers and newsagent. It’s a very quiet street so you won’t get disturbed, only by the songbirds. Local independent shops, cafe and butchers two roads away. 4 miles from Brighton city centre not in Brighton city centre (for those that don’t know that Hove is separate). The road is so welcoming and friendly but very very quiet so you won’t get disturbed!! You can park outside easily but it is restricted for two hours a day so you will need a parking ticket between 19-11am and 7-8pm at £2.50 a day. If you love walking then walking along the sea into Brighton centre is gorgeous, or a quick 29 min bus journey with the bus stop at the end of the road (bus 1, 1a and 6) go directly into town and very regular
