Woodvale Waters private estate overlooking the beautiful Yellangonga regional park & lake. Enter your private accommodation at the side of my home, tucked away from the world. Enjoy all the benefits of modern living, with a queen sized bedroom overlooking gardens & a private sitting room with television & sofa bed. Though connected to our home, you will enter via a separate door. Your indoor living space is separate from the main house. The kitchen doesn’t have a stove, but the bbq is on hand for day & evening meals if required. Guests are encouraged to ask for extra kitchen gear or other items that may be available to assist them to enjoy their stay. There is a washing machine & dryer available for a modest fee. Cots & highchairs can be arranged free of charge, by prior arrangement. Please be advised that the main bedroom window overlooks part of the properties rear gardens, including the swimming pool. Day time general duties may need to be carried out in this area. As a result, this property is not suitable for guests booking a day time only stay, except under specific arrangements. Your private space is comprised of a queen bedroom, a private sitting room that can double as a second bedroom for two extra guests, a large private family sized bathroom with separate bath & shower, a separate toilet room, a combined kitchenette/laundry & a private courtyard accessed from your own gated entry. There are no internal or external steps. Semi retired & living on the property guests are encouraged to call us if they have any queries or concerns, or just for a natter about the local area & amenities. Your stay wouldn’t be complete without a walk in nature stepping off the property & into Yellangonga regional park. Take the picnic set at any time of day to relax at the waters edge. See black swans & pelicans. The sunrise is worth an early alarm! Walk to our local brekkie cafe or Woodvale Tavern at the local shopping centre, among other restaurants. Woodvale boasts many pretty parks & photo spots. You may bump into a kangaroo. Feeder buses to the local train station, centre of Joondalup town or Perth city run regularly from the parallel street. The beaches are 10 mins by car & Hillaries harbour with its shops & restaurants is just as close. Let me drop you there by car & pick up an Uber to return. For car travel, the Whitfords & Ocean Reef freeway onramps are a few mins drive away. Nothing is too far away in Perth.
