Sunset House is located in the village of Newton Reigny five minutes walk from the village pub/restaurant. A perfect base to explore the lakes or an over night stop on your journey. Our spacious rooms are located on the ground floor overlooking the garden and fields and both have en-suite showers, free wifi, a flat screen TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Enjoy a tasty breakfast prepared using local ingredients, for £10.00 per person, per night served to the comfort of your room. You will be given a front door key when you arrive to come and go as you please. I am available to guests via email, text and phone. When you arrive I will happily welcome you to my home. I live on the premises so if you have any problems feel free to ring the bell in reception and I will do my best to assist. We love living here because we are located close to J40 and J41 of the motorway without actually hearing it. Our village is peaceful and quiet, we are lucky to live so close to the Lake District National Park. On a warm sunny day it is such a pleasure to relax in the garden. Our village still has a village pub which does good food We recommend guests have access to a car, or you could arrive by bicycle as we are located on the C2C and the Lakes and Dales Loop, there is the option of coming by taxi. Guests have access to free off road parking.
