Our newly renovated and furnished holiday apartment in the mountains lends itself to hiking, biking and, in winter, to many of the winter sports on offer. It is well located between three Alpine passes and is the ideal home base for wonderful excur The view from the flat onto the Urseren Valley and into the mountains is breath-taking. Our apartment is very comfortable and provides a lot of charming details. It is newly renovated (except for the kitchen) and modern and comfortably furnished. Swimming baths and a sauna in the house are for your use. We don’t live in the vicinity of the apartment, but you can reach me by phone anytime and, in emergency cases, I can be on-site within two hours. The hiking paths are right on your doorstep. We highly recommend hiking in the idyllic Unteralptal (Unteralp Valley). In winter, the ski slope leads directly to the house. The train station is a 15-minute-walk away. In winter season, a bus runs directly to the house free of charge. In addition, the "Glacier Express" - Switzerland's most famous sightseeing Train stops several times a day in Andermatt and will bring you to famous St. Moritz or Zermatt. In the summer season, if the pass roads are open, a lot of motorbikes and cars can drive past the house. In these times, the apartment can be not as calm as it is in the winter season. However, for those who enjoy a good motorbike or car ride, it is a good home base for trips over the Oberalp pass (Grisons), the Gotthard pass (Ticino) or the Furk pass (Valais).
